These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Client", "Buyer", "User", or "you") and Expert Hands USA ("Expert Hands", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or browsing our website (www.experthandsusa.com), requesting a manufacturing quotation, submitting design files or tech packs, placing sample orders, or commissioning bulk custom sportswear production, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Expert Hands grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view our digital catalog, explore manufacturing capabilities, and submit legitimate project inquiries.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete business information when requesting quotations or communicating with our engineering team. You agree not to misuse our forms, deploy automated data extraction tools (scrapers, bots), or interfere with server integrity.
Expert Hands provides specialized B2B apparel development, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing), private-label manufacturing, teamwear production, cut-and-sew operations, sublimation printing, screen printing, 3D silicone heat transfer, and embroidery services.
Submitting an online quote request or inquiry form does not constitute a binding production contract until a formal quotation or proforma invoice is issued, agreed upon, and initial deposit terms are fulfilled.
We make every effort to display garment cuts, fabrics, stitch lines, and colors accurately on our website and in digital visual proofs. However, actual garment appearances may vary slightly due to monitor calibration, fabric dye lot variations, and physical textile hand feel.
Digital 2D/3D mockups serve as conceptual approximations. Physical pre-production samples (PPS) or fabric swatches govern exact physical characteristics.
Custom apparel orders are manufactured according to the specifications provided in your approved tech pack, measurement matrix, artwork blueprints, and signed purchase order.
The Client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of size charts, measurement grading, fabric compositions (GSM weights, polyester/spandex blends, cotton blends), placement coordinates for logos, and color codes (Pantone TCX/PMS).
You represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary licenses, permissions, and trademark rights to all logos, emblems, slogans, graphic artwork, and brand elements supplied to Expert Hands for manufacturing.
Indemnification for Trademark Infringement: The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Expert Hands USA, its officers, employees, and manufacturing partners from and against any third-party claims, legal disputes, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from allegations that customer-supplied artwork or logos infringe upon any trademark, copyright, patent, or intellectual property right.
All website content, including photography, videos, scrollytelling sequences, brand logos, copy, design systems, illustrations, and proprietary manufacturing workflows, are the exclusive property of Expert Hands USA and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of our website or proprietary techniques without our prior written consent.
Quotations provided by Expert Hands are based on the quantities, fabric weights, technical complexities, and customization methods specified in your inquiry. Unless explicitly noted otherwise:
- Quotations remain valid for 30 days from issuance, after which yarn costs, exchange rates, and freight tariffs may require recalculation.
- Changes to order volume, fabric specs, sizing distributions, or print placements will result in revised unit pricing.
- Unit costs are calculated based on agreed minimum order quantities (MOQs).
Production commences only after receipt of:
- Final signed/approved digital artwork proof and tech pack specifications.
- Formal purchase confirmation / signed Proforma Invoice.
- Agreed production deposit or advance payment.
Production lead times are calculated in business days from the date all approvals and deposits are received, excluding public holidays, factory maintenance closures, or force majeure events.
For custom programs, we strongly recommend producing Pre-Production Samples (PPS) prior to bulk cutting. Sample fees cover pattern drafting, custom tooling/screens, fabric development, and courier delivery.
Written sample approval via email signifies client authorization to proceed with bulk production according to the physical sample standard.
Apparel manufacturing is subject to international textile industry standards:
- Dimensional Tolerances: A standard tolerance of ±0.5 inches (±1.25 cm) to ±0.75 inches for knit and woven garments is standard across manual cut-and-sew operations.
- Color Fastness & Dye Lots: While we follow precise Pantone matching, textile dye baths may exhibit slight delta-E variations between distinct fabric rolls.
- Over/Under Run: Bulk orders may be subject to a standard industrial tolerance of ±3% due to fabric cut yield and stringent quality rejection filtering.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise. Payment terms for custom manufacturing orders typically require an advance deposit (e.g., 50% or as specified on invoice) prior to fabric milling and cutting, with the remaining balance due upon final inspection and prior to dispatch.
Accepted payment methods include secure wire transfer (TT), official commercial banking channels, or designated electronic methods.
We ship globally using express air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air cargo, or ocean freight according to agreed Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP as explicitly quoted).
Delivery dates provided are estimates. Expert Hands is not liable for transit delays caused by customs hold-ups, severe weather, port congestion, or carrier operational backlogs once the consignment is handed over to the carrier.
Unless an order is formally quoted on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, the Buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all applicable import tariffs, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT/GST), and clearance brokerage fees assessed by destination authorities.
The Buyer agrees to inspect all delivered goods within 7 business days of delivery. In the rare event of manufacturing defects, missing units, or non-conformity with the signed pre-production approval:
- The Buyer must provide written notice with detailed photographs and itemized counts to info@experthandsusa.com within the 7-day inspection window.
- Expert Hands will review the claim and, upon verification of manufacturing fault, provide remedies which may include garment replacement, repair, or commercial credit.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: submitting counterfeit designs, infringing on trademarked sportswear logos, transmitting malicious software, attempting unauthorized server access, or misrepresenting your business identity.
Our website and digital materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expert Hands USA, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, retail sales, goodwill, or competition opportunities) arising out of or related to our manufacturing services or website use. In all events, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the actual fees paid by the Client for the specific production order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith commercial negotiation, followed by appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms in a recognized commercial jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued engagement with Expert Hands constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
